When to watch out for overnight roadworks in Bucks this summer

The council has announced overnight roadworks in Buckinghamshire this summer.

Drivers in Chesham were told to prepare for overnight road closures in June.

Lye Green Road will close between 8pm and 6am from Thursday June 8 until Tuesday June 20 for new road surface works.

The works are part of Buckinghamshire Council's priority road surfacing works.

The repairs come after the council announced a £105 million investment into roads across the county during the next four years.

The works are "extremely weather dependent" and dates and times for the works may change at short notice, the council said.
