02/09/2021 Traffic Stop – Officers conducted a traffic stop on University Drive. Driver was issued one warning for speed.

02/10/2021 Narcotics Complaint – Officers responded to Westminster Hall for a report of suspected odor of marijuana. As a result of the investigation two students were judicially referred to the University.

02/10/2021 Trespassing – Officers were dispatched to Brownsville Hall for a report of a person trespassing. He was advised to not return to the property unless he received permission from the Dean of Students.

02/10/2021 Damage To Property – Contact was made with an FSU Student at FSUPD Headquarters advising damage to her vehicle. The subject was provided a case number. Ocularis camera system was reviewed with negative results.

02/11/2021 DWI/DUI – Officers observed a vehicle stuck in the snowbank in the rear parking lot of the Public Safety Building. As a result of the investigation one subject, not a student, was issued a DWI citation, given his paperwork, and released.

02/11/2021 Traffic Accident – While at the rear of the FSUPD building Officers heard a loud crash coming from the Lowndes Lot area and then witnessed a parking lot light pole fall to the ground. A Frostburg State University Physical Plant employee was conducting snow removal operations and backed into the light pole.

02/11/2021 Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to Cumberland Hall for a disorderly student refusing to leave a room in which she did not reside. As a result of the investigation one criminal citation was issued a No Trespass for the room in question was issued and a judicial referral was submitted.

02/11/2021 Narcotics Complaint – Officers responded to Frost Hall for a slight odor of marijuana. Upon arrival a walk through was conducted. A slight odor was detected; however, Officers were unable to locate its origin.

02/12/2021 Narcotics Complaint – Officers responded to Westminster Hall for an odor of CDS. Upon arrival officers could not detect any odor. Unfounded.

02/12/2021 Narcotics Complaint – Officers were dispatched to Frederick Hall for an odor of marijuana. As a result of the investigation a judicial board referral was completed for the incident.

02/12/2021 Narcotics Complaint – Officers responded to Westminster Hall for a narcotics complaint. Upon arrival, Officers detected an odor of marijuana in the stairway. As they approached the suspected area, the odor dissipated, and Officers were unable to locate the source.

02/13/2021 Noise Complaint – Officers dispatched to Cumberland Hall for a report of a party with loud noise. After responding to the area, officers were unable to hear any noise coming from within. Contact was made with the complainant. He advised that after he contacted FSUPD, the occupants of the room in question left the area.

02/14/2021 Noise Complaint – Officers responded to Annapolis Hall for a noise complaint. Upon arrival there was no noise in the reported area. Voices could be heard but nothing was excessive. Contact was made with the subjects who advised they would quiet down for the night.

02/15/2021 Assist Other Agency (FPD) – Detained 1x male subject in FSUPD holding cell.
