Attorneys working with ClassAction.org would like to hear from people who have noticed rubber or other particles in the jar of their Nutribullet Baby Bullet Blenders and/or experienced leaking issues.

Specifically, they’re investigating whether a defect related to the ball bearings or gaskets in certain Nutribullet Baby Bullet Blenders is causing the appliances’ rubber seals to melt or deteriorate, leaving unwanted particles in the baby food and causing leaks. If so, they may be able to file a class action lawsuit to help address the issue.

But before a lawsuit can be considered, the attorneys need to hear more from people who have experienced this issue.

Have you noticed leaking issues or rubber or other particles showing up in the food prepared in your Nutribullet Baby Bullet Blender? If so, fill out the form on this page and share your story. You may be able to help get a class action lawsuit started.

Although Nutribullet boasts that consumers can "control exactly what goes in" their baby food blender to make "fresh, healthful" recipes, many users have reported seeing black rubber pieces, liquid or powder show up in their purees.

In some complaints posted online, concerned Nutribullet baby blender owners worry that they’ve unknowingly fed their children baby food that has potentially been contaminated.

Attorneys have reason to suspect that some of the blenders may be equipped with defective ball bearings, which could degrade over time and cause the shredding or burning of the appliance's rubber components. It's possible that the degradation may be the result of a defective gasket, which is meant to seal the blade off from the jar.

Below is a sampling of online complaints [sic throughout]:

If successful, a class action lawsuit could help consumers get back the money they spent on their Nutribullet Baby Bullet Blenders. It could also force the manufacturer to recall the appliance or fix the gasket and/or bearings issue.

If you’ve experienced leaking or had rubber or other particles contaminate the food prepared in your Nutribullet Baby Bullet Blender, fill out the form on this page. It doesn't cost anything to get in touch or speak to an attorney.
